HR Business Partner
Reports to : CEO
Responsibilities:
Provide full spectrum of HR support and services to the various functional heads.
Oversee daily HR operations and employee movement.
Manage people engagement and partnership within the HR function.
Develop systems, processes, procedures and business solutions to support HR operations and efficiency.
Manage annual, company-wide HR cycle for yearly budgeting and salary review exercises.
Execute HR initiatives in the areas of workforce planning, performance management and talent management.
Establish retention strategy to retain relevant competencies.
Oversee employees’ relations and engagement matters.
Support the development of a corporate culture and identity and implementing the roll-out.
Keep up to date of market practices and explore feasible market initiatives and relevant schemes.
Constantly seek for continuous improvement according to updated HR practices and applicable HR solutions.
Lead in internal HR communications.
Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
Bachelor degree in Business or Human Resources or its equivalent.
10-15 years of HR experience, with end-to-end responsibility from all aspects of HR.
Strong interpersonal, organizational skills and an independent individual.
Excellent integrity, motivation and drive, with the ability to interact with employees of all levels.
Operationally hands-on with strong computer literacy skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
